Sound familiar?

What gets in the way, and what changes

Every regular client, rebuilt by hand

Weekly and every other week clients live in a calendar, a notebook, and your head, and each visit is typed in and billed one at a time.

With Stacwork

A recurring plan puts each visit on the calendar ahead of time and bills on its own schedule.

Crews spread across town

Your cleaners need the address, the notes for getting in, and the checklist, and you need to know when each house is done.

With Stacwork

Each cleaner gets My Day on their phone: the address with directions, the checklist and notes, and photos when they finish.

Chasing payment after every clean

Payment reminders by hand, checks that never arrive, and an hour every Friday working out who has paid.

With Stacwork

Regular clients save a card once, and with the plan's bills set to send on their own, autopay charges each one on its due date. Everyone else pays from a link.

Features for cleaning businesses

Built around recurring cleans and crews

Anything tagged Team and up needs Team or Unlimited. Everything else is on every plan, Free included.

Win new clients

  • A request form for your website

Put a request form on your website, or share its link, in your own wording.

  • Add-ons clients tick on the quote

Add optional extras the client can tick on or off before accepting.

  • Accepted and signed from a link

Clients accept and sign on screen, decline, or ask for changes from the link.

  • Addresses and notes on every client

Each client has one record: contacts, service and billing addresses, notes, and tags.

Run the schedule

  • Weekly, every other week, or monthly

Recurring visits for cleaning, lawn care, and other regular work: a recurring plan makes each visit ahead on the calendar and bills on its own schedule. The plan's price covers each visit; put anything extra on a separate invoice.

  • One cleaner or a whole crew

Assign one person or a whole crew.

  • Plan each day by drive time

Plan a team member's day by drive time: Fill the day adds the jobs with no time that fit with the least driving, and Better route shows an order that drives less. Drive times are estimates, not live traffic, and nothing moves until you accept.

  • Confirmations and day-before reminders Team and up

Switch on job confirmations and reminders, and clients get a confirmation when a job is scheduled and a reminder the day before, drafted for you or sent on autopilot. A recurring plan's visits get the reminder only.

In the house

  • Each cleaner's day on their phone

Your team gets My Day on their phone: their schedule, job details, and profile.

  • Checklists, notes, and photos

Checklists, notes, photos, and the client's signature on each job.

  • On my way emails

Tap On my way and the client gets an email saying you are coming, with your arrival estimate if you add one.

  • Cleaners see only their own jobs

By default, a Team member sees only the work assigned to them, and the client, invoices, and payments of that work.

Get paid

  • Autopay for regular clients

Autopay charges a recurring or rent bill to the client's saved card or bank account on its due date, after the bill is emailed with the card and the date on it.

  • Check out on site, with tips

Check out on site: the bill comes from the work with the deposit taken off, the client can add a tip, and you charge a card, record cash or a check, or send a pay link.

  • A pay link on every invoice

Every invoice has a pay link. Clients pay by card or bank transfer, with no account needed.

  • Review requests after the clean Team and up

Review requests are drafted after finished work.

Questions from cleaning businesses

Straight answers about how Stacwork runs your day.

Can I set up clients who want a clean every other week?

Yes. A recurring plan repeats every so many days, weeks, or months, so every other week, every four weeks, and monthly all work. Each visit is made ahead on the calendar, and the plan bills on its own schedule.

What if a regular client wants extras on one visit?

The plan's price covers each visit. Put anything extra, like the inside of the oven, on a separate invoice.

Can my cleaners see only their own jobs?

Yes. By default the Team member role sees only the work assigned to them, and the client, invoices, and payments of that work. They see their day on their phone in My Day, and Stacwork runs in the phone's browser, so there is no app store download.

How do regular clients pay?

They save a card or bank account from a link you send, or when they pay a bill, and autopay charges each bill on its due date after the bill is emailed. A declined card is tried again 3 and 7 days later. Clients can also pay any invoice from its link, and you can record cash and checks.

Do clients get a reminder before each clean?

On Team and up, switch on job confirmations and reminders: clients get a confirmation when a job is scheduled and a reminder the day before, drafted for you or sent on autopilot. A recurring plan's visits get the reminder only.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. Free runs the whole loop from request to paid. Team adds reminders, review requests, and the client portal, and every new account gets Team free for 7 days with no card. See the plans below for prices.

Put your next clean on the calendar.

Free runs the whole loop for up to 2 people. No credit card.
