For pest control companies

Service plans that stay on schedule and get paid.

The initial service goes out as a quote, the plan makes each follow-up visit ahead on the calendar, and plan clients pay on autopay. Your techs see their stops on their phone.

What gets in the way, and what changes

Quarterly services nobody remembered to book

A plan sold in March needs a visit in June, September, and December, and when the reminder lives on a sticky note, the June service never gets booked.

With Stacwork

Set up the plan once with a visit every 3 months: each service is made ahead on the calendar, and the plan bills quarterly on its own schedule.

Nobody home for the interior service

Inside treatments need someone to open the door, and a wasted stop costs the tech time on a route that is already full.

With Stacwork Team and up

Clients get a reminder email the day before each plan visit, drafted for you or sent on autopilot.

Chasing plan payments every quarter

Mailing quarterly invoices and waiting on checks means the first week of every quarter goes to collecting money instead of booking work.

With Stacwork

Clients save a card from a link you send, and autopay charges each quarterly bill on its due date, trying a declined card again 3 and 7 days later.

How it runs

One house with ants, start to paid

An initial service for ants in the kitchen, then a quarterly plan.

Sample names and figures.

  1. Mon 8:05

    Ants in the kitchen

A homeowner fills in the request form on your website, and it lands in your Requests list.

  2. Mon 9:10

    The initial service quoted

Turned from the request in one step: a $175 initial service, with the $120 quarterly plan in the note to the client.

  3. Mon 13:40

    Accepted and signed

The homeowner signs on screen from the quote link.

  4. Mon 13:55

    The quarterly plan set up

A visit every 3 months after the first, a $120 quarterly bill, and an email with a link to save a card.

  5. Wed 9:35

    On my way

Dev taps On my way, and the homeowner gets an email with a 20 minute arrival estimate.

  6. Wed 10:20

    Initial service done

Checklist ticked, photos of where the ants were getting in, and the homeowner signs on screen.

  7. Wed 10:30

    Paid at the door

The $175 bill comes from the job, and the homeowner pays by card before Dev leaves.

Features for pest control companies

Built around service plans and route techs

Anything tagged Team and up needs Team or Unlimited. Everything else is on every plan, Free included.

Sell the plan

  • Requests from your website in one list

Every request lands in one Requests list for the office to price or schedule.

  • The initial service quoted from your catalog

Build quotes from your catalog, with tax, discounts, terms, and a note to the client.

  • Signed on screen from the quote link

Clients accept and sign on screen, decline, or ask for changes from the link.

  • A follow-up when a quote goes quiet Team and up

When a sent quote goes quiet, Stacwork drafts a follow-up for you to approve.

Keep the plan on schedule

  • Monthly, every other month, or quarterly

Recurring visits for cleaning, lawn care, and other regular work: a recurring plan makes each visit ahead on the calendar and bills on its own schedule. The plan's price covers each visit; put anything extra on a separate invoice.

  • Monthly or quarterly bills on each plan

Recurring invoices for service plans and memberships: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

  • Day-before reminders for plan visits Team and up

Switch on job confirmations and reminders, and clients get a confirmation when a job is scheduled and a reminder the day before, drafted for you or sent on autopilot. A recurring plan's visits get the reminder only.

  • A warning before you double book a tech

The calendar marks work that lands on someone's time off, and you are warned before you give someone work that overlaps work they already have.

On the route

  • Route days planned by drive time

Plan a team member's day by drive time: Fill the day adds the jobs with no time that fit with the least driving, and Better route shows an order that drives less. Drive times are estimates, not live traffic, and nothing moves until you accept.

  • On my way emails before the tech arrives

Tap On my way and the client gets an email saying you are coming, with your arrival estimate if you add one.

  • Checklists, photos, and the client's signature

Checklists, notes, photos, and the client's signature on each job.

  • Techs see only the stops assigned to them

By default, a Team member sees only the work assigned to them, and the client, invoices, and payments of that work.

Collect on every plan

  • Autopay on each quarterly bill

Autopay charges a recurring or rent bill to the client's saved card or bank account on its due date, after the bill is emailed with the card and the date on it.

  • A declined card tried again on its own

A declined card is tried again 3 and 7 days later. After the last try the client gets the pay link and you are told.

  • Check out at the door

Check out on site: the bill comes from the work with the deposit taken off, the client can add a tip, and you charge a card, record cash or a check, or send a pay link.

  • Review requests after the service Team and up

Review requests are drafted after finished work.

Questions from pest control companies

Straight answers about how Stacwork runs your day.

Can I run quarterly and monthly plans side by side?

Yes. Each plan repeats every so many days, weeks, or months, so a monthly restaurant account and a quarterly home sit on the same calendar. Each plan bills on its own schedule, so the restaurant can pay monthly and the home quarterly.

What if a plan client calls with pests between services?

Schedule the callback as its own job. The plan's price covers its scheduled visits, so anything you charge for the callback goes on a separate invoice.

Do clients get a heads up before the tech comes?

On Team and up, clients get a reminder the day before each plan visit, drafted for you or sent on autopilot. On every plan, the tech can tap On my way, and the client gets an email saying they are coming, with the arrival estimate if the tech adds one.

Can I service restaurants and property managers too?

Yes. Each client has one record with contacts, service and billing addresses, notes, and tags, so the office that pays stays apart from the site you treat. A commercial account goes on a monthly plan like any other.

Can quarterly clients pay on autopay?

Yes. They save a card or bank account from a link you send, or when they pay a bill, and autopay charges each quarterly bill on its due date after the bill is emailed. If a card is declined, it is tried again after 3 days and after 7, then the client gets the pay link and you are told.

What does a two-person pest control company pay to start?

Nothing. On Free, 2 people can run every step from request to paid. Team adds day-before reminders, quote follow-ups, and review requests, and a new account starts with 7 days of Team free, no card needed. See the plans below for what each one costs.

Put your next service plan on the books.

Free runs the whole loop for up to 2 people. No credit card.
