For window cleaning companies

Storefront routes and house jobs, run from one place.

Monthly storefronts and twice a year homes sit on recurring plans, screens and tracks go on the quote as add-ons, and every person on the crew sees the day's stops on their phone.

What window cleaning companies use most

  • Storefronts on a monthly plan
  • Screens and tracks as quote add-ons
  • A crew of two on one job
  • On my way emails to the client

Sound familiar?

What gets in the way, and what changes

A storefront route kept on a spreadsheet

Which shops get done each month, which are every other week, and which manager wants the invoice emailed all live on one spreadsheet only you can read.

With Stacwork

Each storefront gets a recurring plan that makes its visits ahead on the calendar and bills on its own schedule, weekly or monthly.

Nobody home to open up for the inside glass

Inside panes need someone to let you in, and a crew that turns up unannounced cleans the outside and leaves.

With Stacwork

Tap On my way and the client gets an email saying you are coming, with your arrival estimate if you add one.

Shop owners who pay when they remember

A $60 monthly bill for the front glass is easy to forget, and three of them stack up before anyone at the shop notices.

With Stacwork

Send the owner a link to save a card, and autopay charges each monthly bill on its due date. Anyone who would rather pay by hand pays from the invoice's link.

How it runs

One storefront, from request to paid

A corner bakery's front glass, cleaned inside and out on the 5th of every month.

Sample names and figures.

  1. Mon 9:15

The bakery asks for a price

The owner fills in the request form, and you turn it into a quote in one step with the address already on it.

  2. Mon 10:00

    Quoted with an add-on

$45 a visit for the front glass inside and out, with the door tracks at $15 as an extra to tick.

  3. Mon 15:30

    Accepted with the tracks

The owner ticks the tracks and signs on screen from the link.

  4. Mon 15:45

A visit on the 5th of each month

You set up the plan at $60 a month and email the owner a link to save a card.

  5. Thu 7:40

    On my way

Sam taps On my way, so the owner knows to unlock the door for the inside glass.

  6. Thu 8:30

    Glass done before opening

Checklist ticked for the windows, door, and tracks, and a photo of the finished front.

  7. Fri 9:00

    Paid on autopay

The $60 bill for the month is emailed with the card and the date on it, then charged on its due date.

Features for window cleaning companies

Built around storefront routes and house jobs

Anything tagged Team and up needs Team or Unlimited. Everything else is on every plan, Free included.

Quote the glass

  • Screens, tracks, and inside panes as extras

Add optional extras the client can tick on or off before accepting.

  • Outside only or inside and out, as tiers

Proposal mode adds your own sections and pick-one pricing tiers.

  • Quotes turned from requests in one step

Turn a request into a quote or a job in one step, address included, without retyping it.

  • Your house quote saved as a template

Save the quotes you send most as templates.

Run the route

  • Monthly storefronts and twice a year homes

Recurring visits for cleaning, lawn care, and other regular work: a recurring plan makes each visit ahead on the calendar and bills on its own schedule. The plan's price covers each visit; put anything extra on a separate invoice.

  • Each day's stops planned by drive time

Plan a team member's day by drive time: Fill the day adds the jobs with no time that fit with the least driving, and Better route shows an order that drives less. Drive times are estimates, not live traffic, and nothing moves until you accept.

  • One person or the whole crew on a job

Assign one person or a whole crew.

  • A warning before you overbook someone

The calendar marks work that lands on someone's time off, and you are warned before you give someone work that overlaps work they already have.

At the window

  • On my way emails before you knock

Tap On my way and the client gets an email saying you are coming, with your arrival estimate if you add one.

  • Each person's day on their phone

Your team gets My Day on their phone: their schedule, job details, and profile.

  • Checklists, photos, and a signature

Checklists, notes, photos, and the client's signature on each job.

  • Crew members see only their own work

By default, a Team member sees only the work assigned to them, and the client, invoices, and payments of that work.

Get paid

  • Autopay for storefronts and regulars

Autopay charges a recurring or rent bill to the client's saved card or bank account on its due date, after the bill is emailed with the card and the date on it.

  • Check out at the house, with tips

Check out on site: the bill comes from the work with the deposit taken off, the client can add a tip, and you charge a card, record cash or a check, or send a pay link.

  • Every invoice payable from its link

Every invoice has a pay link. Clients pay by card or bank transfer, with no account needed.

  • Review requests once the glass is done Team and up

Review requests are drafted after finished work.

Questions from window cleaning companies

Straight answers about how Stacwork runs your day.

Can I set storefronts to monthly and homes to twice a year?

Yes. A recurring plan repeats every so many days, weeks, or months, so monthly, every other month, and every 6 months all work. Plans bill weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, so a twice a year home can pay once a year.

What if a regular wants the screens done this time?

The plan's price covers each visit, so send a separate invoice for the screens, and the client pays it from its link.

Can I send a crew of two to the bigger houses?

Yes. Assign one person or a whole crew to a job, and each of them sees it in My Day on their phone. You are warned before you give someone work that overlaps work they already have.

Will the client know we are on the way?

Yes. Tap On my way when you leave the stop before, and the client gets an email saying you are coming, with your arrival estimate if you add one. It gives them time to open up for the inside glass.

Can a storefront owner pay automatically each month?

Yes. Send a link to save a card or bank account, and autopay charges each monthly bill on its due date after the bill is emailed. Recurring bills wait for your review first, unless you switch them to send on their own in Settings.

Do I have to pay before I try Stacwork on my route?

No. Every step from request to paid works on Free. Team adds day-before reminders, review requests, and the client portal, and every new account can use Team free for its first 7 days, with no card. See the plans below for the details.

Put your storefront route on the calendar.

Free runs the whole loop for up to 2 people. No credit card.
