Delete your Stacwork account

You can delete your Stacwork account at any time, in the Stacwork app on iPhone, iPad, and Android, or on the web.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Stacwork.
2. Open Settings, then Profile.
3. Choose Delete account, read what it will change, and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in. You are signed out everywhere at once.
• Your name, email address, photo, and message signature.
• Your own Co-work conversations.
• Any business you are the only member of. It closes with your account, and its clients, quotes, work, invoices, and files are deleted. Before you confirm, you can download its records as spreadsheet files.

What is kept

• Records you made for a business you share with others, such as quotes, invoices, and job notes, belong to that business. They stay with it, shown as made by "Former member", with nothing that identifies you.
• Payment records stay with Stripe, our payment processor, as the law requires.

If you are the only owner of a business that has teammates, make someone else an owner in Team first, so the business is never left without an owner.

How long it takes

Your account is deleted within 15 minutes of your request.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
